I did not read about this. I lived my way out.
Intuitive healer, certified breathwork facilitator, and registered nurse. Living proof that real healing is possible.

I did not want to manage my pain. I wanted to heal for real.
For a long time, I thought I was broken. My life came to a standstill after twenty years of marriage. I believed the man I loved might take my life, and the day I realized I would live, everything shifted. I knew I had to leave.
PTSD is complicated. Modern medicine offered me medication and counseling. The medication route did not feel right for me, and counseling kept taking me in circles. I did not want to manage my pain. I wanted to heal for real.
So I took matters into my own hands and poured myself into many healing modalities. Progress came slow and steady. Then I found breathwork, and everything accelerated. I was able to dive deeper into my own psyche than I ever had before. Today my relationship is thriving, my children are thriving, and I still do the things that make that possible. This is not a once-and-done. It is a process, and it happens in layers.
I have walked through my own hell. I meet you there, no judgement. Only love, acceptance, and deep surrender.
I left nursing to do the work that saved me.
I spent years as an RN, but the stress was literally killing me. I developed chest pain and a heart murmur. I knew I needed to reevaluate my life and go deeper into my own healing, so I took the trust fall. I left nursing to do what I love: sharing what helped me heal and come into my own.
I have walked through my own hell. I have heard every argument the ego makes about how it is not fair, and about how other people should have acted differently. I lived as a victim. And now I choose to think and act differently every day. I am not perfect at it. But I am committed, and that is all that is required.
Ultimately, it is my mission to help others remember the power within. We all have what it takes to live heaven on earth.
All the recognition goes to God. Everything I do flows life force in and out, and is part of a bigger picture. Breath has the power to heal; I simply guide the breath and help you heal yourself.

Thank the ego for the fear, then choose differently.
That is the loving rebellion. We thank the ego for showing us our fears, and then we lovingly choose a different way. We tell our inner child: we are safe now. It is okay if it looks different. There is so much more available.
Why it is loving, and why it is a rebellion.
The ego tells us stories that are not true to keep us safe in a familiar pattern. In my own life, I carried a story that my partner was betraying me, and I looked for proof everywhere. Everything felt like a threat, so that became my experience.
I had to learn not to react to my triggers, and not to let my mind run back to the old story I told myself. I am worthy of the devotion I desire, and today I experience it in every moment. It has taken real and consistent effort. I felt it all, let it go, and allowed a new reality.
