Services

The Loving Rebellion offers intuitive healing, breathwork, and nervous system regulation sessions, held online or in person. These services support emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Not medical or mental-health care

Sessions are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or professional mental-health treatment, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional. Always share relevant health conditions before a breathwork session.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through this website. Payment is by Venmo or cash for now, due at the time of your session unless we arrange otherwise.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Discovery call

The 30-minute discovery call is free and carries no obligation. It is a chance for us to feel into whether we are a good fit to work together.

Minors

Sessions with minors are welcome with a parent or guardian present, or with parental consent.

Confidentiality

What you share in our work together is kept confidential. In group settings, all participants agree to respect one another's privacy.

Your participation

You take part in sessions at your own discretion and remain responsible for your own wellbeing throughout. You agree to disclose any health conditions that may affect your participation, especially before breathwork. Please do not attend a session under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or narcotic medication, for your own safety and clarity.
