If something shifted, I would love to hear it.

Healing is personal, and so is every story. If we have worked together, your words could be the reason someone else feels safe enough to begin.

A few sentences is plenty

A worn leather journal tied closed, resting on a woven wool blanket
Not sure what to say

Three things, in your own words.

There is no format and no right length. If it helps, these are the things people find easiest to answer. Tell me at the end how you would like to be credited, and I will follow it exactly.

Before

What brought you

What was going on when you first reached out, and what you had already tried.

After

What shifted

What felt different afterwards, even if it was small or hard to name.

To someone else

What you would say

What you would tell a person sitting exactly where you were sitting.

Your words, your call

You decide what happens to them.

Nothing goes up without you asking for it to. You choose whether your full name, your initials, or nothing at all sits beside your words, and you can change your mind at any point, before or after.

However is easiest

Send it the way you would rather talk.

Writing is not the easiest route for everyone, and it does not have to be the one you take. Any of these reach me directly.

It comes straight to me. I read it myself, nothing is automatic, and I will always come back to you before a single word appears on this page.

No stories are published here yet.

They are being gathered with care, and nothing on this site is invented. Until they are here, the most honest thing I can offer is my own story, and the training behind the work.
